No big surprise with the Business Class cabin that looks exactly like the BC on other LH planes, and agree with Gard that the individual screens in Economy is an upgrade to the normal LH Economy experience.

LH launches a state of the art plane, the most modern in the world, with 2004 business class seats? That is a real WOW factor. For goodness sake, Finnair had angled flat J seats in their MD11.

I was just booking a LH710 departure and was expecting better than this. As Zurich is my gateway, I’ll use another carrier. I guess if Frankfurt is not your starting point and you are flying to Frankfurt to pick up LH 710 there, it is better to fly via HKG (CX) or LHR (BA) as you can get a fully flat bed to the long haul sector.
