Trip to Thailand - May 2007

In May 2007 we are planning on going to Thailand again. We have been there before:

• in September 1998 (Bangkok, Phuket, Samui) - here is the trip report from back then

I have also made an interactive Google map of Thailand on this page. Here you can see where some of the places we have been to are located and if you zoom in on Bangkok you can see the location of some of the attractions. Click on the markers to get more information.

In May we plan to go to Bangkok first and we have booked a room at Lebua at State Tower. It is located near the river and it will be a new experience for us to stay in this area. After Bangkok we are going to Koh Samui where we have booked a room at Kandaburi Resort & Spa. To prepare for the trip we will be using the net (various forums), the guidebook from Eyewitness guide and we have also bought a book called Very Thai :-)
